Comment: This book is useful resource for the first time homeowner. After living in my house for a year I started thinking...aren't there things I should be doing to make sure my house doesn't fall apart?? I had gotten so used to apartment life, that I didn't think about maintaining my own home. I like having this book to go to for reference and what to do for year-round maintenance.
