The Wrestling Practice Planner helps you plan your daily practices plus it saves you time and effort plus you get a nice, neatly typed practice plan for the day. This program is very easy to use. First, you make drill menus in each of 16 categories. Some sample drill category names would be Warm-up Activities, Takedown Drills, Pinning Drills, Conditioning Activities, etc. You enter the names of up to 18 of your favorite drills in each category using your own terminology. You can add/delete/edit any of the drills in any of the categories at any time. Once your drill menus are in place, to plan a practice you simply select your desired practice activities from your drill menus for each of up to 25 practice periods in up to 80 different practice plans per season. The squad may be split into up to 10 small groups for any drill period. Clock time is automatically calculated based on the time practice starts and the time duration that you enter for the selected drill or activity. If you hand-write your plans, youll love this program. Its helps to be organized as you'll get more done in less time plus you'll have a permanent record of your activities.
