The real difference was when I began spraying it liberally throughout my hair (I don't think I was using enough at first) after towel-drying. Since using it, my hair has more volume and just in general seems healthier and softer. I have fine, highlighed hair. This is definitely a "must have" in my book now! In the morning or during the day, after my hair has air-dried, if I don't like what I see, I spray a little in weird areas. Voila, my hair is straight again. It works much, much better than using water on my hair. The scent is also pleasant, not overpowering at all.

I notice no other reason to use it. I am not a blow-dryer, so I see no benefit there. I spritz it on after a shower and let my hair dry naturally. I suppose it could be said that I notice a little 'texture' added to my rather fine but thick hair.
I do not feel the tingle that they speak of on my scalp. But that may have more to do with the abuse my scalp has taken in 15 years of hair dyeing.
