Summary: does what it says
Comment: I have taken Hydroxcut (caffine free) once before and it worked wonders! I didn't have to drink all that water either. Just eat healthy and cut out the fat. It supresses the urge to overeat and snack. I've also noticed that it makes me sleep wonderfully. I gained back some weight after the summer and have been taking it again for 3 wks now and have already lost 4 lbs!. I recommend this to anyone who is serious about weightloss.

Summary: Have not had much luck
Comment: I went into this hoping to lose about 25 lbs. I bought these pills and was losing about 2 lbs per week. I lost about 6 lbs then I hit a plateau. Then I gained about 4 of them back and am desperately trying to lose those 4 again. I'm going to back another bottle to see if I have any more luck. I would've given a better review had I lost 10 lbs.

Summary: Works Very Well
Comment: I've used every kind of fat burner. I for one only use Muscletech products now when it comes to fat burning. I have Hydroxycut Hardcore but I wanted to try this one to stop the jitters. I am a hardcore lifter and I'm always looking for something new. In short this product works. I feel my body temp rise and I'm not hungry at all. If you workout right, follow a strict diet and run 30+ minutes a day this product should work for you. I'm going to tell you this, if someone says that the product is not working maybe they are doing something wrong. If you workout right, follow a strict diet and run 30 plus minutes a day you should lose weight without the product. The product is to assist you not do it for you. If you eat to make yourself happy and not because you are hungry this product will not help you with that. The only problems I have with these products is that sometimes it effects my moods. So I say to everyone, take this product with food to counter that side effect. I hope they find a remedy for this.

Summary: Be careful of severe bloating and water retention
Comment: I tried this product for 6 weeks and had no change in my waistline. I wanted something to help me lose my last 5-10 pounds. On the back of the bottle it recommends drinking at least 10 glasses of water a day while taking this product. I found I had to drink at least 12 glasses of water a day on this product or I would become incredibly bloated, constipated and uncomfortable. Even while drinking that much water, I had severe water retention issues. My weight would fluctuate dramatically during the day (I don't usually weigh myself that often).
The product did have minimal appetite suppressing qualities. However the 12 glasses of water a day help a person feel full anyway, so the product may not have been doing anything.

Comment: I took these diet pills cause they are caffiene free and I don't like the way other diet pills have made me feel. These don't make you feel jittery and wired. They do a OK job of cutting appetite too. I didn't lose any weight until the second month of using them but I think they are starting to work now. I would recommend this product.
