Summary: my wife loves it and it drives me crazy!
Comment: My wife first found this product about 3 years ago when she was given a free sample of the product. I came home from work and noticed she smelled really nice ( not that she doesn't all the time) but it was different. I have been married to this woman for 21 yrs and I know every allergy she has including her inability to wear cheap perfume,ect because a lot of "over the counter-drug store stuff" sours on her and causes breathing problems. I ask her about the new perfume, and she told me what it was and then the next time we were out shopping we were in Dillards she showed me the perfume and told me this was the perfume I liked on her. It didn't take me long to figure out I would buy this stuff for her in gallon drums if she wore it everyday, because, well you know...Use your imagination.... Anyway, three years ago I bought her first bottle (2.5 oz) combo gift set with lotions, and now its a required stocking stuffer for my wife. I just wish three years ago when I first purchased this item at Dillards, I would of thought of Amazon.com first. The same bottle cost me almost [...] at Dillards, not 45 on Amazon.

Summary: Goes on heavy but wears down very nicely.
Comment: I loved Hypnose lotion upon first smell and bought it right then and there. Sprayed the perfume and wrinkled my nose; I put it back on the shelf. I got home and the lotion still smelled so heavenly that I began to doubt my initial reaction to the perfume. How could the lotion smell so darn good but not the perfume? Perhaps I was mistaken.
Days later, I ended up going back to the store for another whiff. Sprayed it on the back of my hand and again I wrinkled my nose. Hypnose sprayed on overwhelmingly strong. Too pungent to even smell its individual scents notes. Second time wasn't the charm.
Yet after walking around the store for a while I couldn't stop sniffing my hand. I was inexplicably drawn to the scent. The drydown had changed it to a very soft feminine scent. Sweet vanilla filled my nose. The passion flower was soothing. Exotic vetiver and jasmine were intoxicating.
Some perfumes smell delightful the second they are sprayed on. Some perfumes have to wear a little while before their scent reaches full bloom. Hypnose's notes just needed a little time to air out to come alive. Spray it on before your date, and by the time he leans in to say goodnight, you'll be heaven's scent.
