This beautiful Acoustic Guitar set is the ideal toy for toddlers and children! It is fully functional Acoustic Guitar which is perfect for "pretend" play. This Guitar is 23 inches in length and features a rosewood body, lindenwood binding, and 15 frets. Please note that this Guitar does NOT come tuned. To tune the Guitar, we recommend tightening the screws on the tuning knobs. These screws are located on the tuning knobs on the back of the Guitar. This set also has everything your child needs to get started with the Guitar, including extra strings and a pick. This 23" Acoustic Guitar set makes a great gift for kids and is a great value for the money! IMPORTANT NOTE: This Guitar comes packaged in the original manufacturer's box. Customer Rating: Summary: Poor Service Comment: I ordered 2 of these for my twin boys, paid extra to guarantee Christmas delivery, and when they arrived today I realized they sent the wrong guitars. When I contacted the company I was told they sold out of the 23" so the "upgraded" our order to the 25" at no charge. If the 25" is an upgrade I'd hate to see what the 23" is like. The strings were half attached and we couldn't get them to stay tight, or even on for that matter. I contacted customer service about how unhappy I was and they could have cared less. As of today it still says these are in stock, yet according to the company they aren't and they will just switch you to the larger one without notifying you. Not worth the money or frustration.
Customer Rating: Summary: Kids Guitar Comment: We gave this guitar to our 2-year-old for Christmas. His daddy is a music junky and we have been really happy with this guitar. It is not only sturdy (has been banged around quite a bit already) but can actually be played like a real guitar (as my husband often does). And it's nice that it is not very expensive so in case it does break...it won't break the bank to replace it! The kids love it and so do we!
Customer Rating: Summary: Low quality for the price, but the kids love it anyways Comment: You could probably find this at a local flea market for $5....
Regardless, my kids fight over it. The bridge fell out and I told them I'd glue it, but they don't seem to mind picking it up and putting it back into place over and over and over... Sounds awful, if you're buying it to join a band or play a real song, you'd better keep looking. Good play value, just too high a price for the quality.
Customer Rating: Summary: Okay if you're tone deaf. Comment: I bought this item for my 7-year-old's birthday. It looked fabulous when it came out of the package, but won't stay tuned... the strings don't tighten. It'd be okay if it were a dollar toy, but for $20, I expect better quality. The good news is that my daughter has no idea that it doesn't work properly... she just thinks it looks really cool!
Customer Rating: Summary: A Star Is Born Comment: I bought this for my 2 year old grandson, and he loves it. His mommy plays the guitar and he always wanted hers. She wanted a real-looking and sounding guitar for him, and she says this one is great. It's good quality (for a 2 year old). Let's see if it can hold up to a toddler!
