Summary: Attractive and easy to install
Comment: I bought this kit to mount a Sony 46" KDL-46XBR4 LCD display. It is much less expensive and more versatile than the Sony SU-WL500 model, which I think is a rip-off at $299 ($248 on Amazon).
The Bell'O wall mount kit comes with both a DVD and an instruction booklet. I skimmed through the DVD, but the instruction booklet was very thorough and easy to follow.
The kit comes with a large variety of different sized screws and spacers to fit almost any TV. On the Sony, I discovered I had to use two different length screws, but they were both included in the kit (they ought to include an online model lookup to find the mounting arm right screws for a TV. As it is, the manual instructs you to test several screws to find the correct match for your TV.)
Once the monitor arms are attached to the back of the TV, you have to install the wall plate. This is the one part of the install that requires precision, as if it is the slightest be off-level, you will notice it when the TV is attached. Fortunately, the kit includes an installation template that you tape the the wall to find the right drilling position. You also have to keep in mind the position of TV on the wall, so the manual shows you where to measure to make sure the TV goes where you want it to go.
The tilting option is nice as the screen is facing you better vs. without the tilt. This is important if the TV will be mounted higher than eye-level.
The only problems I had during installation were
1. The manual instructs to use a 5/32" drill bit for the lag bolts that attach the wall plate. I discovered that you really need to use a 1/4" drill bit if you actually want to be able to tighten the bolts all the way into the stud.
2. Leveling has to be precise. I had to make a second attempt as my first attempt was slightly off...just enough to be noticeable.

- Manual does not help in finding the correct screws
- Tilt option is either on of off (cannot tilt or de-tilt TV while it's installed)
Overall, it is an attractive and easy to use mounting kit, so I would recommend the Bell'O for those looking for an affordable do-it-yourself TV wall-mounting option.
